I wear an 11 Salomon 4D and Crispi Nevadas but an 11.5 in the Hanwag alverstone II fits me perfect. They are hands down the most comfortable boot I own.
I keep a sheep tarp, small piece of tyvek, a few stakes, cord, and a space blanket in my bag all the time. It all packs up in the tarp bag and is fairly light and compact
I have been using crispi Nevada's for several years now with no issues. I also love my hanwag boots, I will be buying hanwag over crispi from now because the hanwag fit better.
I haven't used either, but I have to buy a set before next years hunt. I have a 2019 F250 4X4 with 35" tires. I am going to put new tires (normally duratracs or Ridge grapplers) on it before next fall, but I'll still need chains or cables. For you guys with experience what do you recommend...
I went to the local archery shop yesterday and shot the VXR 28, the hoyt rx-4 carbon, and the axius alpha and all three were very nice, great shooting bows. For me the VXR felt the best, followed by the axius. I shot all three set on 70#'s with the 80% let off. I thought the hoyt's had a bit...
