    The niche markets like overlanding gear and especially slide in truck campers are ridiculous. $100,000 cdn for a fibreglass box with a window and some cupboards is robbery. Also tires. I've been pricing tires for my ram. The last set I bought in about 2021 was $700. I'll be looking at $2k now.

    I was looking for one of similar uses to yours but more lake and less river. Ended up buying a 16' novacraft prospector in fiberglass. I've used it quite a but and it's been great. 60 ish pounds so not to bad to throw on the truck.

    No not really. My chamber doesn't have a ton of freebore so I couldn't seat much longer than mag length anyway. I'd have to look at my notes to say for sure but the 180 eldm hits the rifling at around 3.400" coal anyway so even with the 3.350 tikka mag length I'm only jumping it 50 thou. I guess...
