I bought one and more or less copied it since then i have been tinkering and modifying my system all the time, especially the panniers as they take all of the abuse. The easiest to work with is a wooden crossbuck style. The best design I've ever seen is the solid aluminum bar stock style out of Fort Collins area, but way pricey. That is the whole issue the tack costs more than the (untrained) llamas you put it on! I make my own saddles and have my panniers sewn to my specs... saves a ton of money and I get exactly what I want. I sell my setups for $500 which is still profitable for me and way cheaper than most commercial sets.
