    Have you tried a secondary form of smoke? I will sometimes use an Amazin smoke tube to get some extra smoke flavor going.

    You don’t hear this much but for a nice day or over night trip go through Hatcher’s Pass. About an hr or so N of Anc and an absolutely beautiful drive!

    I have a Louisiana pellet grill. I’ve made some pretty awesome food with it but, they are not as perfect set it and forget it as some say. I’ve certainly had some issues/learning curve with it.
