Youth Sheep Hunt

New Alaska Sheep Regulations

On the plus side of the changes this year, I can take my kids hunting in the youth hunt in Tom Shanksters back yard before he lets his legion of out of state guides loose. Or any other area dominated by guides.... Like the southern wrangles.

That was a great read. I've never ever hear of anyone bringing a sheep back to the taxidermist to have the head and horns removed from the cape. Way too much extra weight there to be carried. Plus, I guess most are not able to get the animal out of the field that quick. Nice sheep and...

How long ago were those Rams taken? Based on the clothes I'd guess 25-20years ago. Am I wrong? The truly are amazing looking animals. Also how many other sheep were harvested between these big boys? Just curious if you helped get 60 rams over many years and those were the highlights or if...
