    How far do elk travel

    Went and put my trail cameras up today there was 0 elk in there. Found them all about 5 miles away. Moved up In elevation and seemed to have side hilled across the mountain from a north slope to a east slope. So the question is think they will move back into the area I hunted last year?

    I think we should help each other figure out the point systems of all these states. All that needs to be done is someone from each state post what it costs to get a point in your state if you were a non resident. Some states like Wyoming require you buy a point 50 bucks no problem some states...

    Has anyone did a thread were we all explain what a non resident has to do to get a point and or hunt in our resident state? I'm trying to start building points in 5-6 states and its been a lot of book work
