    Flattops GMU 25 and 26 or no?

    I'm having 2nd thoughts about the flat tops for 3rd season rifle. Im worried by the time I get there all of the bulls will be on private land because of the pressure.     Embarrassing newbie question

    First hunt out west and I'm not sure about what happens after you fill your tag. Let's say I fill my tag and attach it to the carcass and get it back to the truck. Do I then take it to a game check-in station closest to me or what? I've only hunted whitetail in the Midwest.
