    Hyke & Byke Eolus 0º Bag

    I don't have the Eolus but do have the 15 degree Antero and it is good bag. I have slept in it in my hammock in temps in the mid 30's and as a cold sleeper it has kept me toasty warm. Wife slept in at in Yellowstone with temps at freezing and it kept her warm too.

    I am currently recertifying on a Advanced Wilderness First Aid Course for my job and the applications that a tourniquet is able to provide besides the one that it is designed for are well worth their weight and space. I will have one in my pack from here on out.

    Which bow for a beginner.

    I would suggest starting with a fairly light weight draw and building up from it also as you get stronger. It is really easy to pick up bad habits if you are struggling to get to and hold anchor.

    Day Pack Help

    Just bought the MR Scapegoat 35 from Camofire. It is a nice pack and carries well. If I would have had the money I would get the Pintler for a little more room and the ability to pack meat between pack and frame.
