Second the Sea to Summit dry bags. I have the 120 liter. It’s been to Saskatchewan 3 times and AK 3 times, all trips in the uncovered pickup bed. No complaints.
Go while you can! You can adjust the variables such as pack weight, land speed etc to his capabilities. Prettiest country ever. I went for the first time last year at 70 and going back this year at 71. Good luck to both of you!
Leona General Store, Leona Texas. Best ribeye I’ve had. It’s all they have and they are only open Friday and Saturday nights. There is a line so go early. Also, BYOB!
I had the 15’4” model for several years. Duck hunted out of it. Very stable. Had myself and a buddy both stand to shoot and my 80lb lab go over the same side and while it caused some jitters, we stayed dry! Great boats!
Apache by harbor freight. Got it on sale for $119. Took it to AK in the (uncovered) bed of my truck (7500 miles round trip) no damage or effect on scope. Highly recommend.
Mystery Ranch has a blaze orange pack rain cover. If you need one…why not blaze? Like others have said, I have blaze orange on to try to keep from getting shot. I also keep blaze orange flagging tape in my kill kit for the pack out.
Get an attorney ! Keep in mind that any foreclosure will take at least a year for the right of redemption to run. Simple solution may be to try to buy the Right of Redemption from the borrower and then go to the bank and work a deal with them, but an attorney will need to be involved with this...
I have found that it is important to be your own best advocate. I had many tests run, and at best, I was told what the problem was and that was the end of the discussion no discussion about treatment, treatment plans, etc. do your own follow up with your physician.
My daughter has a clinical doctorate in audiology. She sent me to Costco. Had the test and got fitted with Jaba aides. They Bluetooth to my phone and are adjustable by my phone so I can adjust “on the fly”. I got rechargeable ones. Very satisfied. Good luck!
I shoot 1 every year in January. And have for the last 10+ years. Never had a bad one. Usually take a 100-125 pounder. Get the field dressed, skinned and cold asap.
For your electrics, use an rv power distribution center. They make different sizes but you get simple wiring for 120 volt and 12 volt. 120 volt has breakers and 12 volt is fused. You can thank me later.
