Unless you're dead set on jeans (which I wouldn't recommend) then check out the 5.11 stryke pant. Great pockets and super tough. They've outlasted my jeans and carhartts, plus they're way lighter and cooler wearing. Lot's of hunting-friendly colors too. I wore them through a summer of mason work...
Arc'teryx makes a cormac hoodie, it's light and has a UPF 50. I will say I find the cormac stuff a bit chafe-y, but they wick and breathe super well and dry insanely fast.
Since sounds seems to be a point of contention, I'd look at the Arc'teryx Gamma MX. Very similar jacket but completely silent. I love mine. If you can find a previous season one in "distortion" color it's a very "open-country" type color.
I really like my Vasque Breeze LT GTX. They do get sweaty, but they are so light and the Vibram soles are bomber. I believe they've been discontinued but have been replaced with a "naturetex" membrane instead of the gore. Not sure of the difference, but they are functionally the same boot.
The Marmot Alpha 60 is another jacket in that category. Seems to be well received and it’s older so it can usually be found for a pretty good price. I just picked one up for $100.
