We have a guy that takes an enclosed trailer to the dock and buys as many as he can fit, then flips them. Actually I'm not sure if he still does it.

I believe I have the booklet, ill look for it tomorrow.
I've had it since 2007 ish, have never had a problem. And it does have a set of keys to open it if the pad fails.
My understanding is the keypads are universal.

I think he said it was a 45-60 min fire rating.
