With four tags in my pocket the motivation is high to get ready for the fun ahead Here is my old geezer daily workout until the knees are injected late in August.
Today
20 minutes on stair master 110 floors
10 minutes treadmill 15% grade
5 minute step ups with 30 PDs
4x15 leg sled
3minute wall squat
One round of hamstring curls left leg only bad knee does not like this
100 sit-ups
40 pull-ups
50 push-ups
About one hour keeping heart in 130 zone after the treadmill.
5 minute stretch with foam roller
40 arrows
Time for elk burgers
Today
