WTS 6.5 CM Howa 1500 hs precision

I have a howa 1500 hs precision model.6.5 CM with a 22" barrel. 200 rounds down the barrel. It has a 20moa pic rail, bipod pic rail, and 4" arca rail on forend. It comes with reloading dies, brass, 50 loaded 140 eldm loads, 2 sets of tally rings 30mm. I have load data for the 143 eldx and the 140 eldm. I was able to get the 140 eldms to shoot 1/2" at a 100. I don't have the target to show you. $900 plus shipping
