Looking to sell my Weatherby 6.5RPM in the Weatherby Mark V Weathermark LT. Less than 100 rounds through it. Will include 30mm Talley scope rings. Weatherby list this rifle at 5.9 lbs, I personally haven’t weighed it myself.
Asking $1,200 from my FFL dealer to yours.

This rifle has been sent back to Weatherby before, I had an ejection issue after firing the Weatherby 127 grain Barnes LRX factory load. After firing the round the bolt was hard to pull back to eject the case. I sent the rifle into Weatherby, had it inspected/cleaned and they found no issue. It then happened again with the same 127 grain Barnes LRX out of the same box. I sent it back to Weatherby, and they inspected, cleaned, and fired 20 rounds of the 127 Barnes and can’t seem to duplicate the same issue I’ve seen. It could possibly be the box of ammunition, but I’m not sure. I have shot the 140 grain Hornady interlock with zero issues. If anyone is interested I can provide the rifle report from Weatherby.
I can also send additional photos if interested.

I had a very similar experience with one of their rifles. Every time I'd shoot and go to chamber the next round the bolt would pop the round up and out of the ejection port, but only after firing the first round. Sent it back and they said they couldn't replicate my issue. Got it back and it still did it. Sorry to hear of your troubles as I do like their rifles but man that's just not acceptable from a company like them imo.
