Rem 700 style actions, what is the best affordable action wrench to go with?

Outside, Wheeler is fine, but you need to understand you will probably mar the ring. Even if you pad the wrench.

Inside. Short action customs if you want to work on other actions. PTG, Southern Precision make good wrenches. The Ebay specials aren't bad in all honesty.
