Adjusting bikini frame

I just recently purchased a bikini frame with a tahr bag and I'm looking at getting it adjusted to my body, I've been looking but can't seem to find any video on it,if someone could help me out that be great, I mainly need to figure out where the correct place to adjust the should straps and strap high.

I adjust my packs so that inside cure in the shoulder strap sits up on my shoulders and around my neck in the most comfortable way. I pay no attention to where the 3 bar slider is.
