Aftermarket stock for savage ultralite

Does anyone know of a company making lightweight fiberglass (or similar) aftermarket stocks for the Savage 110 ultra lite? Not looking for a chassis but an actual hunting style stock. Stocky’s said they were working on one but not yet and Bell and Carlson seems pretty heavy for a stock.

Good luck on this. Most stock makers don’t do Savages because there have been multiple changes to the action and barrel nut. MPI used to make stocks for the 110, but I don’t know what’s up with that company these days. They still have a website up. They went through a period where they we getting bad reviews, but I believe the company changed hands. Might be worth a look.

My Bell and Carlson Savage Sporter long action stock for a 280 AI weighed in at 30 ounces. Had to open up the barrel channel. Only a couple ounces more than most the carbon stocks out there.
