Yes. I did see some results but haven't listened to it in awhile.

All I can say is that TP is 100% mental, so anything you can do/use that you believe will work will probably show some results.

Google Levi's methods for dealing with TP.. IMO the methods he uses work best

Thanks for the info.

The Levi Morgan info was good. He advocates practicing drawing back and aiming and then letting down without shooting to reprogram your mind that you don't have to shoot when you acquire the target.

I haven't been shooting traditional (or any archery for that matter) for long but I have noticed that I was having trouble getting to the target without automatically releasing.

One thing I've done is I bought 2 inexpensive lighter draw weight recurves to practice with, as I need to build my strength to hold my 44# longbow.

This has helped me work on my form and aiming.

I just want to make sure I can be steady and not shoot unless I'm 100% sure of the shot.

I'm not opposed to trying the ultimate archery solution, but it's presented like it's too good to be true.
