Congrats! Go buy a lottery ticket! My wife drew that in 2018 and did the hunt 34 weeks pregnant.

I have never drawn any premium tag. In fact I moved to Alaska to get away from that crap.

Yeah, I know that area is down, but I’m still excited as hell.

Its a busy year for us! I have a goat tag, and a late season moose tag in wood river, then my ole lady scored a redemption shot at Afognak cow elk since she was prego last time and couldn't go. The beauty of AK is even when you don't draw if you're serious enough you can still hunt just about anything even without a tag.
