Anyone tested a Burris XTR ll or lll?

Just as an FYI- Seekins rings (and likewise the Vortex versions) show issues with drops. Not saying that’s the issue, just that scopes relatively often lose zero from drops with them, yet don’t with other standard Pic rings.

Great to know. Both drops with Burris scopes were with Seekins Rings. Any recommendations?

Nightforce, Warne Mountain Tech, Badger, etc- any good quality standard pic ring.

I will get a set of Warne Mountain Tech rings and test again. Is my Warne Mountain Tech rail fine, or should that be addressed.

What’s the rifle?

Rifle is blue printed, bedded Manners T2 stock.

A good pic rail bonded to the action should do fine.

Do you have a Nightforce scope to baseline off of?

I don't, but I need another scope and was planning on NF to side step all the potential drama.
Then baseline the rifle/scope combo, then prove out the Burris XTRIII again.
