Anyone looking for something different to make with sheep? Here is a fun one I recently did. Super simple way to make a KILLER meal. Takes 30 min.

Big Horn Sheep Masaman Curry

• Maesri Thai Masaman Curry Paste - Follow Directions on can for recipe ( I added chopped pineapple and topped with thai basil)
• Coconut Milk
• Gold Potato’s
• Onion
• Chopped Pineapple
• Jasmine Rice
• Thai basil
• Serve with red wine or a thai beer
