Biggest Buck to Date

Have been following forum for awhile finally decided to join up!

Had a Great opening Weekend of Montana General Season with killing my biggest buck to date and breaking that Magical 30" mark with a 9x8 grossing 196!
To cap it all off my Grandpa was able to get his best deer in many years, not bad for 81 years old! Was great hunting with my Dad and Grandpa. Public land central MT!

Thanks Guys, I am behind ecstatic as it seems now a days a guy only gets one true big one in his lifetime with deer numbers/hunting pressure! I most definitely will take the advice and have the photo printed and framed. Grandpa says its the best hunting weekend hes ever had! Watching him knock his deer down with the 240 Wby was priceless! Now to get my dad a deer hopefully!

He is a vietnam Combat vet and been hunting mule deer in montana since the 50s! He still drinks and smokes cigs like they goin out of style! haha dont make them like that anymore.

You are a lucky man! Not because of the great buck you killed, but because you are still able to hunt with your dad and grandfather. I would give up all the great bucks Ill ever shoot to be able to that! Congrats on all the success.

I never had the chance to hunt with my dad or grandpa. Great bucks are not the magic of that experience....it's the company.
