Bighorn behavior when it snows in summer months

Has anyone had experience with spotting bighorn after a snow in the summer months? For the last three years we get hit with a snowfall in late August and the sheep just disappear from the high ground. These usually turn into camp days until the weather improves but I hate sitting in camp. I assume they head for the timber but have not been able to locate.

Is there an effective way to hunt them in these conditions?

Thinhorns I've hunted head down for the trees when it snows in my experience.I

CO Bighorns I hunted mainly lived in the trees. Across 7 hunts I never noticed a difference in where the timber herds were, good weather or bad.

On a NR Desert Bighorn hunt in Eastern NV we had major snow on the night before season and opening morning. The sheep were out in open cliffy country, but there is not a lot of cover there for them to go into.
