Bino recommendations

I’ve got a pair of Nikon monarch 12x42 binoculars, I really like that magnification power and objective lens size because it keeps the binoculars at a manageable size, I know swaro makes a pair of 12x42’s but they’re out of my price range, does anyone know of other 12x42’s?

Swaro EL 12x50 (cheaper than the 12x42 NL’s), Meopta 12x50 (can be had for about $900 in classifieds), Maven B series 11x45 (anywhere from $700-$1000), Maven B Series 12x50 ($700-$1000), or Maven C series 12x42 (like a vortex viper for around $400).

If you can afford the EL’s I’d get them. If not, get the Meopta. The MeoStar 12x50 HD is supposed to be Meopta premiere bino of all the ones they make.
