Here is a set of Alpen Apex binoculars in 8x42. The glass is decent, I would compare to Vortex Vipers, I believe they were made in same factory. I have used these binos a couple seasons, they are well used. I can’t see any scratches on the lenses. Alpen is out of business, so the manufacturer’s original “no-fault” warranty is worthless. These would be a good entry level binocular.

I often used them off a tripod with a Vortex Unimount. Even though these are only 8x, I found benefit from tripod mounting. I will include the Vortex uni-mount with these bins.

The chest harness is a Horn Hunter. The flap closure is with a magnet. A magnet also secures the rangefinder to the side of the harness (range finder not included). I have used this harness a couple seasons as well. My only complaint is the lower webbing is elastic and seems to loosen up. If I were to keep them I would change out the webbing maybe. I have hand washed the harness in the past (~year ago or so). The harness shows use of many miles and days in the field, but is perfectly functional. I have used the harness and binos backpack hunting in California and Alaska.

I’ll ship binos, uni-adapter and harness to you in a USPS flat Reason for selling is that I upgraded to 12x50s.41363B04-DA7A-4F09-B763-ED854A3CF8B9.jpegFCE111A9-D1D6-4747-8B23-FC72482BD997.jpegFCE111A9-D1D6-4747-8B23-FC72482BD997.jpeg5A0A7440-D26C-4DA0-8406-9CF8DDC23914.jpeg47C3E20B-B643-497B-AE2E-20D7F1E8ADCA.jpeg41363B04-DA7A-4F09-B763-ED854A3CF8B9.jpeg53FDFD2B-80CE-4FAC-9987-8181CAFE72E2.jpeg15F3C78C-F7F6-4EC6-AF5C-2437942A4E9C.jpeg5B71109A-3B78-4713-A4CA-6C82FEA7B18D.jpeg 12x50s.
