you're killing me bro'!

Shoulder was looking up last week so I eased into a light upper body workout monday with no pushing (pushing seems to be what caused the bursitis) and while it felt good, I can tell it set me back a week of healing. Shooting my bow is wish right now...

Probably time to start PT

Get a set of the stretch/strength bands and do PT at home. Save the co pay

There is still one slot left and about 10 people that havent completed the full three days. If they dont, their spot opens up.
