Colorado S20 Help

I have the nonresident tag for unit S20. The unit only has two tags. I hunted the first 7 days of the season and couldn’t close the deal. I will be back to hunt from 9/25-10/6. I was hoping someone would know of a highly recommended outfitter in the area who could dedicate several people to the effort of finding a ram. Or any help for that matter would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to let this tag go unfilled.

I sure wish I knew that unit and would help you out! You may want to post something on the rocky mtn bighorn sheep society forum. There are a lot of Colo sheep fanatics on that website. Someone may be willing to help you out.

I don't have any direct experience or know any outfitters in the area, but have two buddies that have hunted the unit. I've heard the sheep stay in the trees and aren't up in the alpine. One buddy bumped into a group of rams on a trail and shot one after hunting most of the season and another never saw a ram in his whole hunt.
