Start your own butcher shop. Looking to sell as a complete set up. Located in Northern MI. Everything listed works. Asking $9k.
1. Koch 500lb capacity smoker. Heats with propane, smokes with sawdust burnt in a smoke box and blown into the smoker by a fan (110v). Plumbing for smoke stack included. Comes with hooks racks and grates to customize interior as well as an aluminum cart to move meat.
2. Mainca Hollymatic 50lb hydraulic stuffer. This has a bad seal and slowly leaks hydraulic fluid. It still works great you just need to add fluid from time to time. Can be serviced. Comes with multiple size chutes for stuffing and features a pedal you can press with your knee while you use both hands to handle the meat and casings. Also have a stapler with staples to crimp casings when thier full. 220V 5.2A.
3. Cato 1hp 50lb mixer. 220V 6.4A.
4. Hobart 5hp 3 phase grinder 460V 20.6A. This is a serious grinder. I have a Baldor industrial 7.5hp 3 phase motor that converts your 230v to 460v 3 phase power and all the plugs necessary to do it, draws 25A. You would need to get a 3 phase power cord at your desired length to run from the converter to the grinder unless you already have 3 phase power available. I have a heavy duty shelf for mounting the converter to a wall.
5. Storage. I'm out of pics to insert but if your interested I can send them. I have loads of heavy duty plastic bins for grind/mix etc etc, glass containers for seasonings, shakers and so on. I have 2 drawers and a metal cabinet that are mouse proof for storing your ingredients, casings, tools, knives, etc.. I also have knives/sharpeners, a Hobart 35 lb digital butchers scale, an analog 50lb scale, cook timers, casings, seasonings, recipes and on and on. Literally everything you need to get started. Also included is a Gibson model 82-3926 stand up heavy duty 16 cubic foot freezer with 4 shelves, 560lb capacity.
