Exporting Whitetail Euro

Hey team,

I shot a prettt decent whitetail in Missouri this season and am headed back to New Zealand in a week and wanting to bring it with me, i know ill need to declare it once in NZ but will I have any issues leaving the states? Struggling to find any info and dont want to just slap it in my pack and pray it doesnt get confiscated.
