Favorite 6.5CM Round?

Right now I really like the 140g eldm bullets loaded as long as my magazines will alllow. They shoot great. I also had excellent accuracy results with the 124g hammer hunter.

147eldm for me the last few seasons. Good bc, easy to find, shoot great, and they kill great.

I load one load and shoot in in 2 rifles and both shoot it great. Using lapua srp brass, cci 450s, 41.5gr of h4350. My 21" seekins element shoots them at 2650 and 10 shot groups are under moa. The other is a 700 action I put in a mcm game scout and put a criterion remage 24" barrel on, it shoots ten shots into 1-1.25 moa at 2750.

I've also shot deer with the 140 fusion and the 130 berger hybrid otm, they both work great too. I have about 1000 147s left I'm shooting through then I have 800 130tmk's to try.
Glad to hear the Fusion´s performed well too. That's what I have the most of so ill probably finish those off before I consider trying out another load.

This is perfect timing, I just got my tikka back from the smith yesterday and loaded up 143 and 140 ballistic tips to see how they do with h4340. I’m hopeful it shoots one of them lights out. Best wishes
Best of luck! Hope you have some good results!

Factory ELDX shoots well out of my rifle and has killed a pile of deer and antelope with one shot.

I reload to as close to factory for practice.

Mine likes 130 vldh and 147 eldms quite well. 20 and 10 rounds respectively. I haven’t bothered messing with anything else.

140 ELD-M or 130 TMK. I might get around to trying to Federal loaded 140 TMK at some point. My rifles prefer the 140s, but I’ve been loading the TMKs since components got scarce and they were available.
