Axis is great, but it really is just an upgraded version of all other vension, so most other recipes will apply. That being said, if you're trying to take advantage of the quality (not just doing burgers and chili) I really like the following for axis:
Teriyaki Stir Fry
Chicken Fried Medallions (tenderize/flatten out before frying) w/ caramelized jalapeños and onions
Meatballs (great alone or on top of pasta or pizza)
Bacon wrapped Tender/Backstrap (you can filet open and stuff with whatever you like)
*Some processors in Texas also offer chorizo. If you get the chance, don't pass it up. Axis makes for a great, lean chorizo that's awesome for breakfast tacos, sandwiches, etc.
