Fluid head recommendation

My wife gave me a Kowa 88A spotting scope for Xmas, I assumed it would be a lump of coal. First spotting scope for me and I gather a fluid head is the best way to mount it on a tripod. Any suggests for a head that will work well with this quality/size scope. Looking for a good head that doesn’t break the bank. Thanks
