These are new, and I believe xtratuf stopped making them in the USA back in 2011. I still run xtratufs (post 2011) fishing and for general messing around on the OP, and they remain my rubber boot of choice.

These boots are rad. I threw some insoles in mine and killed an elk/packed out 3 miles in. Never leaked after 8 years and still going.
