Spokane area is your best bet in WA. Idaho does have better hunting than WA by a wide margin so CdA is appealing, but if you live in WA you don't have a state income tax. Live in WA, save thousands of dollars/year by not paying Idaho income tax, buy non-resident licenses in Idaho which are mostly over the counter in North Idaho, and you still have a few thousand extra in your pocket for hunting trips.
