Guide Gear 10x10 Tipi Tent

Anyone have this tent or used it? mixed reviews on it some say it leaks others say it doesnt. I can afford 600$ for a Kifaru Tipi so figured this would be an ok alternative its 10x10 sleeps 3 says 6 but no way youd want 6 in that thing. At less then 100 bucks it looks pretty decent.

I am looking at this also cause it has a floor which is a requirement of the wife. Sigh I know right... I said the same thing. =-) I love the Tipi design and being able to walk into your tent. so figured Id give this a try. Looking to find out if anyone has tried it and if Im wasting 100 bucks.

Car camping of course. Nothing more really. I definitely dont expect to pack it in anywhere. =-). Expect it to not leak. you know the usual =-)

Seam seal it and would be fine for car camping I'm sure.

Sew in a stove jack and you'll have a pretty nice base camp.
