Hawke Frontier ED X vs Nikon Monarch M7?

Trying to decide between the Hawke Frontier ED X or the Nikon Monarch M7, in 10 x 42.....

Which one is known to have the best build quality, best feel in hands, best optics and best eye cups?

I have the M7 but have not tried the Hawke. Monarch is a good starting point binoculars but lacks sharpness compared to my other pair - Tract 10x42. Tract typically offers 10% discounts for major holidays which brings it down to $620
