Curious if others have had some fun harvesting bulls over 12K?

This year my brother took a bull over 12K. We had a blast but it was brutal elevation.

We learned to never leave the trekking poles!

I see em up above the treelines all the time during the morning, good to watch them dip down at first light into the tree's to get an idea of where to go look for them at

I very rarely see them over 12k. Where I hunt it gets really sparse over 11,500'. I haven't targeted them up there where I hunt in CO. If they were there, then I would go after them.

I saw a herd this year probably pretty close. I was at 10,8 and they were at least 1k higher than me moving up in Wyoming

The 12k' reference will vary based on location. Tree line changes a bit depending on where you're hunting.
