Hiking areas-Arlington Washington area

Just need a few names of places to go for a hike this evening that's more difficult
But little snow.
I'm in the Arlington area for work and will be staying the night tonight near anacortes.
My last job is in lynden
So anywhere south of their would be great
Just need some local knowledge
Any info appreciated

There are lots of hikes in the cascades west of I-5. Mt Baker ski area if you are just training, but there should be lots of trails in the foot hills headed East, I just live on the opposite side of the state.

I use the WTA (Washington Trail Association) site and it has a hiking map of Wa. People will post pics of the trail and reviews along with warnings and such. I use it every weekend to find new trails to hike.
