Thank yall for the solid advice.

The rest did need to go further left, but I was mistaken that it was maxed out- this setup is new this year to me (and I have never had to tune windage on a rest before). The guy before me had dialed the rest to the right a full 360 turn plus one click, so I assumed it was maxed out to the left, when in reality it was actually way off center the other direction. Dumb mistake but I'm happy to have it resolved and actually pretty close to factory 0 now.
