Heres one worth putting up, as you can see its pretty windy. A few minutes before we snapped this pic the msr hubba in the background was completely caved in

Here's a pic of a camp I had in an elk bed on a steep slope just below timberline.

CO high-country mule deer camp:

That looks familiar!

Here's a shot of our campsite in the Lost Creek Wilderness in Colorado from the night of Friday, 5/4/12. The "super moon" was crazy bright, which you can see in the left side. It sure would be nice to have a shelter that is a little lighter than my ancient North Face tent...

The first two pictures are from Utah's 2011 Archery Elk Hunt, in early September. The picture is taken from where I was watching a small band of bulls. I used a Six Moon Designs Lunar Duo during this trip. The first part of the trip there were two of us. Then I stayed solo for the remainder of the hunt.

The third picture is of my two oldest boys investigating a sound at night this last weekend. This picture was the best my phone would do at night. We pitched the GoLite SL-5 for the three of us; on this cabin fever cure outing. As it turned out we had a moose come through camp about 2:30am.

Playing around with my paratarp today. Whoever wins it is in for a treat!

The thing i like best about mine is that. The paratarp, annex and stove are still lighter then my MSR hubba, and it still provides more room

The shelters in this thread all look top quality, thought I would share a basic setup from one of my Red stag rut hunts.

For living in CO Spring you need to make a trip up to Kifaru and check out all their stuff, your bank acct will not thank me :)

It's true. I stopped by there and walked out with an $800 invisible backpack which will magically appear in mid-July.
