Like new. No scratches, defects, or flaws. Comes with everything that is included when purchasing new (i.e., plate, rings, hardware, shims, instructions, etc.). These are easy to set up and collimate, plus Adam is very helpful if you have questions. This was a special order (several month wait) and cost $700 when I purchased it.
