Larue Customer Service?

I put an order in for their .308 match grade upper in early February and was told it would ship in 2-4 weeks when I placed the order. I'm at 6 weeks now and still no delivery notification. I called at the 4 week mark and was told "two more weeks at the most". I'm about to cancel the order. Anyone else experienced the same level of service from them?

Another buddy who lives in Texas ordered the same upper and got his almost 3 weeks ago now.

The running joke on a different forum used to be that when you ordered from LaRue the wait time was always 2 weeks. Generally speaking, unless it is in stock you will wait longer than quoted. They won't charge you til it ships. My advice would be to just wait for it and enjoy the quality once it does finally arrive.

I’ve had very good experience with Larue. They can be short and to-the-point, and there’s really no wriggle room on what they will or won’t do. But what when they get stuff done, it’s quick and dare I say … precise.
