Length of Kifaru duplex

I would like to get some info on a Duplex pack please??!!

I need the overall length of the Duplex with 26 " stays.

I am trying to determine the smallest duffle( as in length) that it will fit into !!??
Also for using it as back seat cushion in Cub

This will be with a Nomad bag, although any bag (empty) will work.
