Not really. If I bought a company that sold items under a non-registered trademark name I would sure make sure I got it. Cory should have had the name trademarked years ago not just in March.

Looks like one is Elk101 and one is Elk101. Com. Plus Corey has been using that name longer so he may have a claim since he filed within a month of RMHC. That’s what courts and attorneys are for.
at the very least, Corey can continue to use the name.
