New Alaska travel rules for nonresidents

This is a complete joke IMO. So someone gets on a plane and flies up to AK, then upon getting to the state, it is determined that they "lost" their test results from their point of origin. Upon testing in the AK airport, it is determined that they are positive. Now, everyone on that flight has been exposed and is potentially infected, and allowed to roam around AK to continue the spread. This makes absolutely no sense to me, and will do little to prevent the spread of COVID in AK.
