Trying to find out how to apply for a New Mexico youth hunt for my son. Does anyone have an insight to the process? Where to start?

Set him up an account, and when the application period opens fill it out online and submit it.

It doesn’t appear they have discounted youth tags for non-resident. Unless I am reading it wrong. I wish they did. Hate paying full price for a 12 yr old to get out and hunt.
