Newbie from PA

Hello all. Checking in from SE PA. been archery hunting for about 10 years. Just got a saddle this year so im still figuring all of that out, any tips or advice would be welcomed. Looking to get out west fall of 2023 for my first elk hunt.

I'm originally from Allentown but have lived in CO since 2007. If you are planning an elk hunt, the sooner the better. Once wolves are re-introduced in packs the game doesn't stand a chance!

I’m from Allentown (5C). Have done two elk hunts in the NW corner of CO. Went OTC / DIY. Wasn’t successful on either hunt (one archery and one rifle) but we were close and had a blast. Will go again in the future.
