Pentax 9x28 DCF LV Broken Eye Cup

Does anyone here have a contact for service for Pentax binoculars? I have a pair if Pentax 9x28 DCF LV binos where the eyecup will not stay indexed out. The slightest pressure causes it to collapse to the eyeglass wearer's position.

Ricoh bought them and handles their cs now, sent a pair in last year for colmination and costs like 20 bucks. Not bad
