Who use reactors for there sleep system and are they worth it?

I typically sleep cold and have a Mountain Hardware Lamina 30 degree bag...hard to say how much warmth the reactor liner added but I do like it alot. Soft and feels good...I leave it in my bag and pack it together in my backpack. I think it is worth the $$ and weight.
