I purchased a pair of these last year. Only worn a handful of times but have put on around 10 miles.
Had zero break-in period and were comfortable out of the box.
With that said, my pair was NOT waterproof. They are more like splash resistant.
I was walking through a field to take down a treestand and had 50yd patch of 1-2 inch water I could not get around without going way out of my way.
Plus my new boots are waterproof right?
Nope
After using every patch of grass I could find to keep out of the water I finally had to step in.
Within 5 seconds my foot was soaked.
Not a deal breaker as I purchased these for dry climate hunts anyway.
